Privacy Policy

This policy applies to mobile applications published by 2pensmedia Inc. ("we", "us"), including Mr Cubed: Tilt Jump Bouncer, except where an app links to its own dedicated privacy policy, in which case that policy governs for that app.

Information We Collect

Our apps do not require an account. Depending on how you use an app, the following may be collected automatically:

• Device information — device model, operating system version, language, and app version, used for compatibility and crash diagnosis.
• Identifiers — a device advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID) if you allow tracking, or a limited non-tracking identifier if you do not.
• Usage analytics — anonymized events (screens viewed, features used, session length) that help us improve our apps.
• Approximate location — inferred from IP address for regional content and ad relevance. We do not collect precise GPS location unless a feature clearly requires it and asks first.

Advertising

Our free apps may show ads served by Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Ad providers may use device identifiers to serve and measure ads. On iOS, we ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any cross-app tracking identifier is used; if you decline, you still get ads, just less personalized ones. You can adjust ad personalization in your device settings at any time.

Notifications

If you enable push notifications, a push token is stored with our notification provider so we can deliver them. You can turn notifications off in your device settings whenever you like.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We never see or store your payment details.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Retention & Your Rights

We keep analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of it. To exercise any of these, email us — we respond to every request.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the affected app.
